How you can help your staff
It's likely that within teams and workplaces, there will be staff who have been affected by:
- domestic abuse
- sexual abuse
- sexual harassment
- stalking
As an employer, you can show staff who are going through abuse, that they are not alone and that you can support them to get help.

Support services for victims of domestic and sexual abuse
It’s important to know that if you’re supporting someone experiencing domestic abuse, sexual violence or stalking, there’s help for you, too.

Survivors' Network is the Rape Crisis Centre for Sussex.
- DASS website
DASS supports survivors of any gender identity aged 16+ (or aged 13+ experiencing abuse in an intimate relationship) living in Brighton & Hove.
- RISE website
RISE (Refuge, Information, Support and Education) is a feminist, women-led and centred domestic violence and abuse charity that works to end all forms of violence and abuse against women, children and LGBT people.
