Safeguarding children and young people

Refer a child or family to Front Door for Families if you’re worried about a child.

Front Door for Families brings together professionals with different areas of expertise. They work together to assess, decide and coordinate how best to support children, young people and their families.

Safeguarding adults and the elderly

Report a safeguarding concern if you’re worried that an adult needs care and support or is at risk of experiencing abuse or neglect.

Complete our help for an adult at risk of abuse or neglect form if you're a professional.

• phone Access Point on 01273 295 555 between Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Outside these hours, calls will be answered by CareLink Plus.
