Brighton Adult ADHD Support Group

We are a support group for adults aged 18+ with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). If you are currently seeking diagnosis, you are welcome too.

Based in Brighton, we offer support and coping strategies. We also aim to raise awareness of adult ADHD. We meet 4 times a month on Zoom.

Our group is run by adults with ADHD, for adults with ADHD.
