Brighton & Hove's Mental Health Rapid Response Service (MHRRS) is an NHS urgent response service. We help adults who are in a mental health crisis and at immediate risk of harming themselves or others.
Examples of urgent mental health problems include:
- at high risk of suicide, with specific intention to act
- at high risk to self or others
- significant mental health concerns
- in need of immediate attention
How to get support from us
We accept referrals for over 18s with urgent mental health problems requiring a Mental Health Act Assessment.
