Brighton & Hove Speak out
Charity offering independent advocacy for adults with learning disabilities in Brighton & Hove
Our advocacy and community services are for people with learning disabilities aged 18 or over. We can support you to have your voice heard, and make choices about your life.
Advocacy is...
- Supporting people to tell others what they need and want
- Supporting people to make choices and take control of their life
- Supporting people to understand and uphold their rights
We offer several different kinds of one-to-one advocacy, including a drop-in.
We also run several self-advocacy groups that meet up regularly. Members support each other to speak up and take action about things that are important to them.
