Carers Hub aims to improve carers' quality of life.
They offer:
- information, advice and signposting to other services
- carers awareness training, assessments and support
- Young Carers Project
- home-based respite
- support for carers who care for someone at the end of their life, and those who have been bereaved
- support for carers of people with dementia
- peer support
- help to improve carers wellbeing through the Carers Reablement Project
Carers Hub includes The Carers Centre for Brighton & Hove, Brighton & Hove Crossroads Care, Brighton & Hove Alzheimer’s Society and Brighton & Hove City Council.
