When you visit CGL someone will sit down with you to talk about your challenges and goals and answer any questions you have. They can help you find the tools you need to meet your goals, and any extra support you may need along the way.
CGL offer:

- advice for people under 21 years old
- relapse advice
- alcohol and drugs treatment options and support to cut down or stop
- support for family and friends
