To support all children with additional needs at our school, training is a high priority. We have a highly skilled teaching assistant team and a team of teachers committed to inclusion.
We run sessions for all teachers and teaching assistants on making the curriculum accessible to all children with specific needs.
We also run special training sessions for children with unique or more complicated needs to ensure every member of staff is as experienced as possible. This training will differ according to the needs of each child.
