One-to-one appointments with a member of the Sussex Community Health Visiting Team.

For parents, children and young people living with tics and Tourettes syndrome.

A fun activity class with seated conditioning and active dance using Latin sounds. Suitable for all levels and delivered in the comfort of your own home, making being active easy and convenient. Led by Rosaria Gracia.

A group to support women who have experienced abuse. Referral is via a Social Worker.

Support for women with post-natal depression. Creche spaces are available.

A drop-in group for parents, carers and preschool children with fun learning activities.

Seaside Community Homes housing charity appointments are available for tenants to discuss housing issues and benefits (including benefit cap issues).

Storytimes aimed at pre-school children and their parents/carers.

There are stories every Monday and Wednesday.
