Our Adult Learning Programme is carefully targeted to meet the needs of local people. We work with our communities, local enterprise partners and key stakeholders to ensure learning opportunities reach those that need them most.

Our courses are funded by the Department for Education (DfE). You may be able to study for free if you meet our eligibility criteria.
Skills Bootcamps
Skills Bootcamps are free, flexible training courses, typically lasting up to 16 weeks, designed to help adults upskill and retrain in sectors with skills shortages. They are employer-led, focusing on building in-demand skills and offering participants a job interview on completion.

Step by Step project

The Step by Step Project is a 6 or 12-week, 1-1 learner-centred programme, focused towards improving English, maths or digital skills for residents living in supported housing, who have had a history of homelessness or rough sleeping.
