Get support from the Best Start Family Hubs Team
Best Start Family Hubs support families in Brighton & Hove with children aged 0 to 19. Young people with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) can access our services up to age 25. We deliver services from various locations across Brighton & Hove.

The Healthy Futures Team is a specialist Public Health Nursing Service (health visiting and school nursing) based at Roundabout Children’s Centre. The team supports mothers who are aged under 18 at the time of conception, or parents who have been looked after by the Local Authority (LAC).
