How to advertise early years and wraparound jobs
Find out where and how to advertise your early years and childcare vacancies, how we advertise locally, and other support we can offer.
Where to advertise a job
The government's 'Do something BIG ' early years careers campaign has lots of information on early years and childcare careers.
We recommend you advertise there. The service is free and targets a large pool of potential candidates.
How to advertise a job
To advertise:
- go to: Find a job GOV.UK
- create an employer account
- choose the category Education & Childcare Jobs
- include either early years or wraparound childcare at the beginning of your job title depending on the role (this is what jobseekers will use when searching, so is very important)
You can watch government produced video tutorials if you need more support.
How we advertise locally
All Brighton & Hove jobs advertised on our website will also be promoted locally on a weekly basis through:

Safer recruitment and interview support
We can offer support with an interview if you are unable to put together a recruitment panel or if you know a candidate and would like an impartial person to attend.
