About the Fit and Proper Person declaration
When an applicant makes an online Property Licence application, they confirm and agree to the 'fit and proper person' statements as part of the application process.
If the applicant is not the same person as the proposed licence holder and/or manager, we need to email those individuals a copy of our Fit and Proper Person declaration. They'll then need to sign this and return it for our records.
We require all licence holders and persons with interest to provide a signed Fit and Proper Person declaration. This includes agents and property managers.
You can read the declaration on the next page, and download a PDF copy using the green button.
Full instructions on how and where to send your completed declaration are included on the PDF.
