The council wants to hear from residents about their experiences of refuse, recycling, parks and open spaces in the city.
Everyone is invited to take part in an online customer satisfaction survey which will contribute to shaping improvements to services.
You’ll be asked how your refuse and recycling is collected and how often you use the city’s parks, playgrounds and public toilets. The council would like to hear people’s views on what they think of refuse, recycling and street cleaning services and their local parks, playgrounds and public toilets.
Closing date is 26 June and the results will be published on the website in August. For those unable to access online, call the environment contact centre number on 01273 292929 and a member of staff will go through the survey with you.
