Free post Brexit webinar for business owners
A webinar designed to support local business owners post Brexit will be held on Wednesday 31 March from 1pm to 2.30pm.
‘Legal Considerations and Wrap Up’ is the last in a series of three events organised by Coast to Capital, Enterprise M3 and Thames Valley Berkshire Local Enterprise Partnerships in partnership with KPMG.
The events aim to address issues or questions from business owners relating to Brexit and arm them with the knowledge to take their business forward.
Legal updates
KPMG presenters Amanda Coale, senior manager legal services, Julia Picco, director legal and immigration and Andrew Morgan KPMG south regional chair and Brexit lead, will discuss:
- Product regulation, currently the biggest issue for UK imports
- Legal and regulatory updates, data protection and how to navigate immigration in a post-Brexit UK amid a global pandemic
- Common client issues on legal/regulatory aspects and detail what to watch for over 2021 considering shifting sands on regulatory/tax
- EU nationals moving to the UK, UK nationals moving to Europe and commuters.
