We’re encouraging adults from all backgrounds who live across Brighton & Hove to take advantage of the support we offer to wannabe cyclists in the city.
Our Adult Cycle Training courses can help anyone, from complete beginners looking to take up cycling for the first time, to experienced cyclists who want to brush up on their skills.
We offer 1:2:1 and group courses and all courses are tailored to individual needs, run by fully trained instructors who follow the nationally recognised Bikeability syllabus.
Courses are designed not just to develop cycling skills, but also to help people feel confident and comfortable on their bikes. They begin with off-road assessment of skills and build from there.
