Charges for determining compliance with building regulations
To support the Building Safety Regulator in determining compliance with building regulations, we'll charge them £153 (excluding VAT) per hour with effect from 1 April 2025. This will allow us to recover costs in full in accordance with Section 13 of BSA22.
