Three-storey brick and hung tile vernacular revival flats, by T. Garrett & Sons. The buildings have half-hipped tiled roofs, with dormers and gables. The features, as well as prominent chimney stacks, provide a distinctive roofline. Regular rhythm to the terraced properties, with a central door flanked by two gables and balconies to the outer bays; this pattern then repeats. The buildings are set back from the road and arranged around a central green.
