Purposes & lawful basis of processing
We are collecting your personal data as part of our consultation with residents around proposals for the new King Alfred Leisure Centre. Residents have a right to comment on local consultations led by their local council. Your comments contribute to the consultation process and any personal information is Article 6(e) GDPR performance of a task carried out in the publics interest under section 3(2) of The Local Government Act 1999.
Who we will share your data with
Your data will be shared with other council officers for the purpose of processing of analysis and reporting.
How long will we hold your data (retention)
Your data will be held for a period not exceeding 24 months.
Transferring your data outside the United Kingdom
Your data is not processed outside of the United Kingdom.
