Brighton & Hove Recovery College
Brighton and Hove Recovery College uses education in a supportive learning environment to help people with mental health challenges become experts in their own self-care and recovery. Courses are co-produced and co-delivered by people with lived experience of mental health challenges and people who have gained experience through training or work. They range from one-day workshops to longer courses running for eight weeks, on subjects including 'Managing Depression', 'Work and Wellbeing', 'Returning to Learning' and 'Wellbeing in the Wild for Men'
