Help and support for young carers, including young adult carers aged 16-25 from the Young Carers Project at the Carers Centre for Brighton and Hove.

- Your chance to have a voice and say what you think is needed in Brighton and Hove
- The chance to see specialist people who offer you support; nurses, counsellors, life coaches, back care support and many more
- The opportunity to try out new activities and sports
- Opportunities to think about how to cope well and look after yourself as well as the person you look after
- Talking to schools about what they can do to understand and support young carers and help them to put this in place
