Following publication of the application consultee feedback resulted in the site layout of the scheme being amended. Additional transport-related information was included.

An updated Transport Assessment was also completed.

The application was approved at a Planning Committee meeting on 4 September 2024. (Subject to the completion of a section 106 legal agreement)
