Much needed homes and top office space
Councillor Phélim Mac Cafferty said
"This development has brought much needed homes and top spec office space, which will help draw companies to our shores.
Circus Street is key to unlocking the potential of our city. To become one of the favoured places for a satellite office outside of London, and the best place to begin a start-up. So, this is about supporting creatives, scale-ups and emerging innovation too.
The regeneration in the city is a powerful reminder of the partnerships we have with a wide range of organisations all of which help keep Brighton & Hove a brilliant place to live and work."
