Design and planning
The site was originally part of a Brighton and Hove City Council and Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) design competition to unlock small challenging sites like this across the city.
The design by architects Innes Associates achieved planning permission in April 2020 and is designed to enhance the conservation area and provide 4 high-quality, sustainable and affordable homes.
