Project timescales
Agile Homes are nearing completion of their design work ready to mobilise on site late spring 2025.
The site preparation is complete, with the demolition of the old council garages, and additional supporting structures to the party wall with neighbours in Buxted Rise, the site secured and cleared.
Work off-site is underway. Construction on site will start in late spring 2025.
The scheme is expected to be completed in late 2025 or early 2026, allowing for any unforeseen work and poor weather.
