We welcome anyone who is looking for a safe place. Together we enjoy a home-cooked meal and great conversations.

The Hop 50+ is a community space and café which offers a range of activities and social opportunities for people aged 50+. It supports customers to improve their health and wellbeing, to learn new skills. It is a place where people can enjoy good food and company.

The Leward Centre is a safe and inspiring place for the LGBTQ+ communities and their friends.
A dedicated warm space at the back of the church with a large sofa, coffee table, blankets and books.
Tea and coffee is available free of charge.
There are sometimes church services and a specific 'stay and play' for children and parents on a Thursday.
The Salvation Army provides board games, crafts, a jigsaw, spaces to chat, and a child friendly corner with toys.
The Lunch Club runs on a Wednesday. This is a low-cost meal (£3.50 main, £1.50 dessert, free tea and coffee) with a quiz or other activity at the end.
There are two sessions called ‘Open House’ on Tuesdays and Fridays between 10am and midday. Both provide free tea/coffee/biscuits.
There is also have a seating area in the Salvation Army charity shop. The shop is open 9:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. A drinks machine (£1 per drink) available.
