Brighton & Hove Recovery Service

Change Grow Live provides the NHS Drug and Alcohol Service in Brighton & Hove. This service was previously provided by Pavilions Drug and Alcohol Service.

We offer advice and support to adults about alcohol and drug misuse. We also offer support to families and carers of those struggling with alcohol or drug misuse.

The service includes:

• advice on keeping safe

• access to substitute medication

• community detox

• referrals to residential detox and residential rehab

• emotional support and counselling

• access to community groups like Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous

• education, training and employment advice

• community outreach 

• health promotion
