Brighton & Hove Wellbeing Service
Free NHS service offering support with mild to moderate mental health difficulties, for adults and children aged 4+.
We all experience low points at times in our lives, and it's not unusual to feel sad, anxious, stressed or low in mood.
The Brighton & Hove Wellbeing Service is a free NHS service for children, young people, and adults. We offer support with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
When we receive your referral we will talk to you about your needs. We offer a range of support and therapeutic options. Together, we will discuss which part of the service is best suited to you.
We have information on our website about the different kinds of support we offer.
