‘E-motion’ is an online counselling project for young people in East Sussex aged 12-18 years. The Young People's Centre in Brighton runs the project.

You are welcome to tell us about anything that bothers you. Maybe your life feels a bit of a struggle at the moment. Or maybe you want someone to talk to about things that are hard to talk about with other people in your life.

You can email your counsellor as many times in the week as you want. They will send you an email back once a week, on an agreed day.

How to get support from us

You will need to register and answer a few simple questions. This is to help us understand what you need and how we can help you. We will then put you in touch with a counsellor, or signpost you to another service.
