There are two pools in Brighton that are available for 1:1 swimming lessons
Activities and support for children and young people aged 0 to 25 with SEND, and their families.

These informal, friendly drop-in groups take place monthly and give you the chance to meet other parent carers. Sometimes the groups will include sessions on SEND issues or conditions like autism and ADHD.

Access to Work grants can help you get or stay in work if you have a physical or mental health condition or disability.
