Food at Acorn Nursery

Acorn Nursery promotes healthy eating and for all of our meals we use Little Tums food service.

Find out more about Little Tums.

Little Tums deliver healthy hot meals using the freshest ingredients twice a day, for lunch and for tea. These are included in the price for all fee-paying parents.

  • Breakfast - toast, cereals and milk (provided by Acorn nursery)
  • Snack - am and pm - fruit, vegetables, crackers, breadsticks and humous/cream cheese (provided by nursery)
  • Lunch- hot meal and a pudding (See Little Tums menu)
  • Tea- tea and a pudding (See Little Tums menu)

If you're claiming funding for your child, you're very welcome to pay for meals as part of the session or to book chargeable sessions on top of the funded session (which then include meals). Your child can also bring their own healthy packed lunch as an alternative.
