    • Hanover Accessibility Audit

In October 2021 and March and April 2022, we asked people in Hanover and Tarner for their feedback. We did this through workshops, stalls and an online engagement tool. With the help of disability groups, we’ve also conducted an accessibility audit of the area.

The pilot project was then subject to a nine-week full public consultation during the summer of 2023. Here we gave residents the opportunity to see the proposed design and share their views.

We're using the comments and feedback from this consultation, as well as further technical analysis, to produce the next stage of the design. We have also carried out some engagement about improvements to the boundary roads of Elm Grove, Queen’s Park Road and Egremont Place.

We will continue to work with and inform residents, businesses, stakeholders and local councillors as the project moves forward.
