A 3-storey Brighton coffee shop and jigsaw puzzle space in New Road. Includes an exhibition venue for artists and puzzling event space. We also support and work with local groups and schools.

She specialises in work-related stress and anxiety, mental health, and menopause awareness. She provides 1-1 coaching and group workshops and talks tailored to your needs.
Her mission is to ensure workplaces provide information and resources to help look after staff mental well-being, including regular mindfulness sessions.
