How long it takes for us to complete a repair
The time it takes for us to start and complete work depends on the type of repair you asked for.
From the details you share, we'll prioritise your repair as:
- emergency - we’ll start within 24 hours to make safe and complete according to urgency
- routine - we’ll schedule according to priority need and complete within a reasonable timeframe, usually within 28 days
How to update us about an existing repair
