Pay by card over the phone
If you are unable to pay online or want to avoid getting into arrears, your housing rent can be paid in different ways to suit your needs.
In most cases, you will need your Person Reference or Payment Reference Number when paying your rent. This is stated in any letters that we’ve sent to you regarding your rent account.
Phone us and choose option 3 to pay by card over the phone, or find out your payment reference number.

Pay your rent by standing order
To pay your rent by standing order, download our standing order form and send it to your bank or building society to set up a standing order to pay your rent.
Your bank or building society will then automatically take your payments. You'll need to tell them if your rent changes so they can collect the correct amount.
Pay using a PayPoint
You can pay using your rent payment card at any shop showing the PayPoint logo. You can only pay by cash. To request a rent payment card, phone the Housing Needs Service on the number above or send an email to our Credit Control team.
