Description
Terraced houses, 1850s, rendered with parapet. Two storeys with a basement.
Set back from the road, with lightwell set behind a low rendered wall with piers and railings. Rusticated ground floor, ionic pilasters to the first floor. Paired semi-circular-headed doorways. One window to each floor, with blind window above doors. Moulded detail to parapet.
The frontage to number 10 unusually curves forward to accommodate the change in the building line.
Some of the properties have been subject to alteration, particularly through loss of architectural detail, replacement doors and windows, and the insertion of balconies and French doors to the first floor.
