Description
Built in 1890 by Zephania King for London & County Bank.
Loosely Tudor style with a corner turret and a decorative skyline of gables and elaborate chimneys. The building retains oriel windows, pedimented tripartite windows and 2 large semi-circular headed doorways.

i. The building is within the Brunswick Town Conservation Area but is atypical of the character of the area due to its type, style and contrasting red brick and stone.
It's located in a prominent position at a corner on the main road. It makes a positive contribution to the area.

i. It's a good example of a bank of modest size yet of considerable architectural quality.

i. The exterior retains the majority of its features, although the windows have been altered to the ground floor.
