Tell us your plans to demolish a building
Inform us about a building that you plan to demolish so that you can get council approval.
Use this form to give us details of a building you are proposing to demolish.
You must submit this form at least 6 weeks before you plan to demolish the building. If this is not possible, please contact the Building Control team on 01273 292 050.
You'll need to tell us:
the building owner's name and contact details
the demolition contractor's name and contact details
the address and description of the property being demolished
the demolition start and end dates
your name and email address
You'll also need to:
upload a PDF or image file with a 1:1250 Ordnance Survey map of the site location
