Support for your wellbeing at work
- Care First - get free, 24/7 counselling and advice from trained professionals for help with any work or personal issue. You can use Care First services by calling 0800 174 319
- complete our Wellness Action Plan which allows you to record what you need to stay well at work and opens a conversation with your line manager about how they can support you
- eLearning and direct training to help you manage your mental health, including courses on overcoming overwhelm and mental health and debt
