Project history

The site is part of Development Area DA5 in the City Plan Part 1. 

DA5 is deemed a suitable area for the provision of additional housing.  

The site is owned by the council and the project was set up in 2023. 

Since then we've:

  • appointed architects and a design team
  • consulted the local community
  • worked up designs and submitted a planning application
