Project timeline
All timings are approximate.
The planning application was made in August 2025. We expect a decision on whether to grant planning permission in early 2026.
We'll then work to procure a contractor to complete a detailed design and build the flats. The contractor is not expected to take possession of the site until September 2026 at the earliest.
