Development completed

The development works were completed in March 2023. All 42 flats were occupied by new tenants in April 2023 .

Our Housing and Regeneration teams, Morgan Sindall Ltd, and others on the project team have been working hard to help new residents settle in. The trees, plants and grass are starting to grow and becoming established.

In June 2023 the project won the award for Building/Development of the Year at the Unlock Net Zero Awards, in recognition of its sustainability features.
