NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972 that there is a casual vacancy in the office of Councillor for the Goldsmid Ward of Brighton and Hove City Council following the resignation of Councillor Jackie O’Quinn.

An election shall be held to fill the vacancy after notice in writing has been given to me by two local government electors in Brighton and Hove and due notice of such election will be given.
