Pool to Pier
Pool to Pier is an open water swimming programme for people who would like to improve their pool swimming and enter into open water swimming. The programme runs over,
three twelve week terms.
We start in our own private pool, working on frontcrawl techniques, stamina and general swimming ability before adding specific open water skills. In our summer term we move the lessons into the sea, with full safety cover and experienced coaches we work towards the programmes final swimming goals.
Whether you are looking to have your first open water experience or an ironman distance swim, there is a place for you on the programme.

If You are looking for a club to join then look no further, we are a Club established over fifty years ago, a mixed friendly yet competitive club and embrace Members at all levels of ability. Our club firmly fosters and provides equal opportunities for both men and ladies to fully participate in all of the club's activities. Bowling includes a Captain's Roll-up on Mondays, friendly matches Home and Away with other local clubs, internal competitions, Fun Days , External Leagues and Cup competitions. Plus as much practise time as you wish to play. Our season usually begins in the middle of April with the official opening by his /her worship the Mayor of Brighton and Hove and lasts till the end of September.
Portslade Cricket Club
Portslade Cricket Club, est 1876, is a community focused, Clubmark Accredited cricket club, located in Portslade on the outskirts of Brighton & Hove.
We have 4 adult teams who play in both the Sussex Premier Cricket League and the West Sussex Invitation Cricket League. Our first XI will compete in SPCL Division 3 in 2016, after promotion from Division 4 in 2014. We have teams filtered throughout the rest of the leagues in Sussex, with our third XI winning promotion from Division 7 in 2015, their second successive promotion.

At Preston tennis club we believe in creating the best facility for all members to enjoy the game in their own way. We have 3 very different surfaces (artificial clay, astro and hard courts) across 10 full size tennis courts ( 8 floodlit )plus 2 mini courts.
Our club has numerous opportunities for all ages and levels of tennis player to take part in both social and competitive play as well as great team of coaches to help improve or refresh your game. Welcome to Preston Park Youth Cycle Club. We provide fun, skills and competitive cycling activities with fully qualified coaches at Preston Park Cycle Track and believe that cycling contributes strongly to a sustainable lifestyle. Our club caters for members aged 8 to 18 years, though we have some older and younger members. We meet between March and October, typically at Preston Park Cycle Track, every Saturday morning.
