Lisa McRory Yoga Teacher
I enjoy teaching a wide variety of classes to students of all ages in Brighton and surrounding areas.
Classes take place in Portslade Town Hall and at the Yoga Shed in Portslade.
My teaching emphasises attentiveness both in the yoga postures and the stiller breath awareness practices. Both of these then become meditative and can help to develop a wider body/self awareness.
