Brighton Volleyball Club
Brighton Volleyball Club is the town’s 6-a-side indoor club competing in the Sussex Volleyball Association (SVA) League.
It combines a friendly atmosphere with a competitive spirit and encourages the development of players through coaching, games and competitions. It has several adult teams, two of which currently hold the top spot in their respective divisions!
The club is always looking for committed players who have the drive to succeed and is also welcoming juniors. More information on the website.

Breeze is the biggest programme ever to get more women into riding bikes for fun. Our aim is to help thousands more women feel confident and comfortable about going on a ride.
Our amazing Breeze champions organise FREE, fun, social, local bike rides for women. Rides go at a speed that suits everyone, and they often start or finish at a cafe so everyone can have a drink and a chat.

British Military Fitness
British Military Fitness classes take place in the great outdoors in parks throughout the UK. Every BMF class is different, but we do work to a standard formula.
Each session lasts for one hour and will include a warm up, cardio and strength training, a cool down and stretches.

CSV LifeLines
LifeLines is a project run by Volunteering Matters, the UK’s leading volunteering charity which runs a wide range of volunteering and social action programmes. The programmes aim to create more integrated communities and reduce social isolation through volunteering.
LifeLines aims to improve the health and wellbeing of isolated and vulnerable older people living in East Brighton.
Volunteers are at the centre of everything we do. LifeLines volunteers run a range of group based and 1-1 activities.
All the activities are developed and run by our volunteers who are aged 50 or over and enjoy being able to use their skills, talents and experience.

Cubashe Dance Promotions
Leo is the original Cuban! A street dancer & percussionist from Havana, his love of music, dance and rhythm began at an early age. Now a UKA Accredited Dance Instructor, he has been teaching Salsa & Latin Dance in Brighton for over 10 years. As such, he has developed quite afamilia de Salseros!
He now brings happiness to many through his authentic, energetic and friendly classes, workshops & events with live performances and even salsa holidays to Cuba!
Classes cater for all ages & abilities and focus on having fun and keeping fit as well enjoying the beautiful Cuban music & dance moves. There is something for everyone with evening classes,
Dakini Desert Rhythms Dance
Fun and friendly courses that are a great way to tone up and get fit whilst having a fun evening out. In each course we learn a new belly dance choreography as well as covering the basics of belly dance technique. Each course is 10 weeks long and suitable for complete beginners as well as those who have done some bellydancing before (most students spend a year in beginners classes before progressing on to improvers level).
If you’d like to come along please wear loose clothing like a track suit or skirt but not jeans. We dance in bare feet or soft ballet shoes.

Diverse City Bowlers
Diverse City Bowlers (DCB) is a group of fun and friendly ten pin bowlers based in Brighton. Our name is both a play on the word “Diversity”, and also a reflection of the vibrant and colourful local community which we call our home. Formed in 2017, we are the first and only UK based bowling group affiliated with IGBO, the International Gay Bowling Organisation. We are also members of Out For Sport London and LGBT Consortium.
