What we'll do if we receive incomplete applications and when to contact us.
What we'll do if your application is incomplete
We can't process your application if it's incomplete or incorrect. Names on all documents must match. We can't process the application if there are any discrepancies with the names on the documents.
Don't contact us until the 10 working days have passed since you made your application. If you did not receive an email after you submitted the form, check the junk folder of your email account to see if it is there.
If we haven't contacted you in 10 working days since you submitted your application, send an email to hco@brighton-hove.gov.uk with your application reference number.
