Use this form to contact the Coroner's office and to request video attendance to an inquest.

To request video attendance to an inquest, you'll need to tell us: 

  • your name and contact details
  • the date of the inquest
  • the first and last name of the deceased
  • why you want remote access to the inquest

For any other enquiries, you'll need to tell us your name and contact details and your message.
