Examination and inspector's report
The Shoreham Harbour Joint Area Action Plan was the subject of an independent examination
This examination was conducted by Anne Napier MRTPI, a Planning Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government.
The examination included public hearing sessions on 19 and 20 September 2018.
The inspector’s report was issued on 7 August 2019. It concluded that the Action Plan is legally compliant and, with recommended main modifications, that the Action Plan is sound.
