How to appeal your charge for residential or nursing home care
If you think we have calulated your charge incorrectly you have the right to appeal.
If you feel we have calculated your client contribution incorrectly, you have the right to appeal.

After we've replied to you, if you still feel your client contribution is incorrect, the matter will be dealt with by the council’s complaints procedure. We will notify you of our decision in writing.
